An individual dance video is a focused video of a single routine your dancer participates in. It includes a brief general behind-the-scenes montage leading into the performance and ends with a personalized credit roll.

We recommend the Ensemble Package for families with multiple dancers. It ensures that all your children’s performances across all shows are included and properly edited.

If you have a single dancer performing across two different shows, we recommend selecting the Relevé Package with an Additional Individual Recital Video Add-On. This will allow you to receive the full recording of one show, plus both of your dancer’s individual routines with behind-the-scenes footage and personalized credit rolls.

All family dancers are included under one package. If you have multiple children performing, please select the Ensemble or Lumière Package (if eligible) to ensure all performances are captured together.

No. The full show recordings include the entire recital performance as it happened live, from the opening number to the finale. Individual edits or custom cuts are not available for full show recordings. If you are looking to purchase an individual dance, our Relevé package is your best option.

Additional Individual Dance Video Add-Ons are available only for families who have purchased a Relevé package. This ensures consistent formatting and delivery for individual features.

The general behind-the-scenes footage is designed to capture the overall experience and atmosphere of recital day. While we aim to include candid moments from various dancers, specific individual coverage is not guaranteed in the general BTS montage.

Sales are available during recital days only. Once the event concludes, video purchases will officially close. The Social Media Cut is a 30–60 second edited highlight of the entire dance routine. It is designed for easy sharing on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. Please note that the Social Media Cut features the full group performance, not focused solely on your individual dancer. Social Media Cuts will contained a music overlay, and not the original recital dance music.

No. The 3–4 minute Behind the Scenes Featurette is included only with the Lumière Package as a special thank you to Ambassador, Aspire, and Senior families. For all other packages, the Featurette is available as a separate add-on purchase.

All of our add ons are only available with the purchase of a package and cannot be purchased as a standalone item.

No separate VidFlow account is required. You will receive a direct access link where you can stream or download your content without creating an account. However, creating a free VidFlow account is recommended if you would like to save your library for easier access across multiple devices.

All videos are delivered digitally through VidFlow, a professional video hosting and streaming platform.

VidFlow is a secure digital delivery service that allows you to stream recital videos on any compatible device: phone, tablet, smart TV, or computer. You can also download the videos for permanent offline access.

Once your videos are ready, you will receive an email link with instructions to set up your VidFlow access. you’ll be able to stream or download them through the VidFlow app or web browser.

Yes, you can both stream and download your videos from VidFlow. VidFlow provides 1-year access to download your videos in full resolution. After one year, the videos will remain available for streaming on VidFlow.

Videos will be available for viewing approximately two weeks after the recital. You will receive a notification email when your access is ready.

Your access to VidFlow does not expire.

Yes, sharing your VidFlow link with close friends and family members for private viewing is allowed as a limited exception to our standard Digital Item Policy. However, access is actively monitored to protect against unauthorized distribution. Excessive activity, such as a high number of downloads, unusual sharing patterns, or public distribution may result in revocation of access, investigation, and enforcement actions as outlined in our Digital Item Policy. This policy prohibits copying, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any Digital Item. Unauthorized distribution may lead to legal action, including but not limited to monetary damages, injunctive relief, and permanent termination of access. We encourage responsible sharing to ensure that your access, and the integrity of all dancers’ performances remains protected.

No physical media (4k Discs, USBs) will be produced. All videos are delivered digitally through VidFlow for streaming and download.

Yes. Once you download your recital videos from VidFlow, you are welcome to create personal backup copies for your family’s private use. Please note: resale, public distribution, or gifting to non-family members is prohibited under our Digital Item Policy.

All videos are filmed using professional-grade cameras and edited with smooth transitions, color correction, and balanced audio. Our goal is to faithfully capture the recital experience with a focus on high-quality, family-friendly presentation.

The full show recordings and Social Media Cuts capture the entire class performance. While your dancer will be visible, the camera focuses on the overall choreography and stage rather than isolating individual dancers.

Yes! Each individual dance video includes a personalized black credit roll with your dancer’s name at the end. Full show videos will include smooth transitions but do not have individual dancer names unless otherwise noted.
